The incident of preparation of fake birth certificate in Kalamassery Medical College is becoming more and more mysterious. The allegation that a fake certificate was given to the minister’s private secretary’s son is also not true. The private secretary’s son had sought treatment. He was given the correct certificate. The incident came to light with a complaint filed by a temporary employee of the division that handles the birth and death register of the Kalamasery municipality. The complaint is that Anil Kumar, the administrative assistant, has approached him and asked him to speed up the process of the birth certificate. The certificate was made in the name of the couple’s child, a native of Tripunithura. But the investigation revealed that no such birth took place in the hospital.
It is reported that Anilkumar forged birth certificate documents in the name of training in Thiruvananthapuram. But the medical college has demanded an investigation against Rahna, a temporary employee of the municipality, for concealing the incident despite knowing about it. The natives of Tripunithura, whose name was on the fake birth certificate, are staying away from home after the incident came to light. They recently adopted a child.
Meanwhile, Anil Kumar, an accused administrative assistant in the Kalamasery Medical College fake birth certificate case, sought anticipatory bail.
